My signature Pilates class is designed to improve your balance, strength, and flexibility. Each class is customized to your needs and experience level. We will work deeper to access true core strength, which contributes to better breathing and beautiful posture. You’ll discover muscles you never knew you had! Class may be done with or without props, as needed.
