About Nicole Silver

Nicole Silver is a Pilates instructor and yoga practitioner who combines her love of mindful movement with her love of travel.

Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Nicole began her movement career as a professional contemporary dancer. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance from the Boston Conservatory, a rigorous program that combined performance and technique with a solid foundation of kinesiology, anatomy, and injury prevention. She began teaching Pilates under the guidance of Erika Bloom in New York City and the Hamptons, which inspired Nicole’s passion for working with clients on a one-to-one basis. She later furthered her studies as a yoga teacher, obtaining her 200 hour YTT through Yogaworks LA.

Nicole has taught for the last 10 years throughout the US and internationally at some of the world’s top resorts, including COMO Shambhala Estate in Ubud, Bali and Amanyara Resort in Turks and Caicos. She has taught several high-profile clients and A-list celebrities.

With precise instruction and a sharp eye for detail, Nicole has trained clients of all abilities, fitness levels, and ages. Her classes are challenging, creative, and thoughtful, and encourages her clients to be the master of their own healing.

After teaching virtually from her peaceful home in the Caribbean for the last two years, Nicole is returning home to Cape Cod this summer! Be sure to check out the new studio in beautiful Osterville, Massachusetts, opening May 2024.
